RESTORATION TONNARA

Restoration and refunctionalization project of a tonnara in a hotel structure. The hotel complex located on the coast of eastern Sicily will become a 4-star resort located inside an ancient Sicilian tonnara. The recovery of the various buildings and the design of new elements to support its survival constitute the main element of the hotel structure. The total surface of the area where the complex will stand is 7,500 m2, the total covered area will develop over 7000 m2 and will have a total volume of approximately 26,000.00 m3. The Resort will have all the requisites and comforts that a 4-star level structure requires: hall-reception, lounge area, recreation, reading and writing, commercial activities for the sale of typical local products, a SPA complete with beauty farm. The structure will be equipped with 80 rooms, suites and apartments, with a panoramic view of the Gulf and the Marina of the Sicilian east coast.
