The taps will be of the CRISTINA brand, OMEGA model. The internal doors of the apartments can be chosen from the smooth white lacquered model of the DIERRE company, the Forte and Light lines. Inside each apartment Sabiana Carisma CRC-ECM fan coils will be installed recessed in the false ceiling with supply and return grilles in white aluminum, while the bathrooms will be supplied and installed with IRSAP model ARES heated towel rails The white light points will be from VIMAR, PLANA series. Each individual apartment will be equipped with an autonomous management and accounting system which will be managed via the color display of the user room unit using the following functions: remote management with PC and SMS commands, reading of consumption data, control of the user unit, management of two separate zones, acquisition of room humidity, independent weekly programming of two zones. Negli ultimi anni, è stato oggetto di importanti lavori di riqualificazione urbana che lo hanno portato a diventare, non solo un quartiere prestigioso, ma il nuovo polo culturale della città. Infatti, ospita le opere di architettura contemporanea più famose di Roma: l'Auditorium Parco della Musica di Renzo Piano e il Maxxi dell'architetto Zaha Hadid. Ospiterà, inoltre, nell'ex-Caserma Guido Reni la futura Città della Scienza.
